Site Services You Can Offer with the ELP Co-Branding

Our Professional Services

We are pleased to provide you the ELP in a number of ways:

	On a Self-Study Basis Your employees would be given information on how to complete the ELP Questionnaire on line. After they have complete it, we would then e-mail them the ELP report, along with the accompanying handouts and we would e-mail them address where they can view an Audio-Feedback Presentation on how to use their ELP report to improve the quality of their life. If they seek additional help, they will be able to contact us and they will be informed upfront if there are any additional fees they will be responsible to pay.
	With Coaching and/or Financial Planning On a self-study basis followed by a number of approved one-on-one meetings to help your employees achieve their goals and/or update their financial plan. These programs can be tailored to meet your needs and budgets.
	In Group Sessions Group sessions could include as many 30 participants (employees and spouses/companions). They can can vary considerably in lengths from 1.5 hours to 3 hours each session. They can be conducted during the day as half-day program or as lunch and learn sessions. They can also be offered in the evening. They can focus on retirement planning or life balance. Both programs can include a financial planning component. We will be happy to discuss the various options with you at your earliest convenience.
	Group Sessions with Coaching and/or Financial Planning The group sessions could be followed by one-on-one meetings to help your employees achieve their goals and/or update their financial plan. These programs can be tailored to meet your needs and budgets.

Site Licensing Option

Our certification program is offered on line in four audio-classes. This means a Professional with the appropriate background can complete certification training at your own pace and at your preferred time.

Our Money-Back Guarantee: If after listening to the first Audio-Class, you are not convinced that this a program, you would like to complete, then inform us within 7 days of your initial registration and you will be fully reimbursed all the fees you have paid.

Minimum Qualifications Required for Certification:

	Must be certified as a Coach by one of the numerous coaching organization in the United States or Canada, and/or;
	Has completed a graduate or post-graduate degree preferably in counseling, psychology, behavioral science, business, and/or psychotherapy, and/or
	Has received a Professional Designation from a Human Resources, or Training and Development Association, and/or
	Are full members of the International Association of Career Management Professionals.(or a local chapter)

Site-Services You Can Offer with The ELP

Self-Study

Your can offer the ELP as a self-study program. When your employees complete the ELP Questionnaire on line you can e-mail their ELP Report (Acrobat Reader) along a number of accompanying handouts, an address on the Internet where your clients can view an on-line Feedback Presentation on the ELP reports. The accompanying handouts include:

	Goal-Setting
	Breaking Goal Into Action Plans
	Nutrition and Aging
	Relationships
	Five Step Process to Meaningful Second Career and Volunteer Activities
	Readiness Checklist (Retirement Planing version only)
	ELP User Guide

If your clients need to complete the ELP using a paper format, you can mail them the Questionnaire, and once you receive it back completed, you can prepare and print their ELP report and the other documents and mail them back to them.

If employees want additional help, you can refer them to us and we will explain to them the additional services which are available to them and inform them upfront of any additional fees they will be responsible to pay.

With Coaching Meetings — One-on-one

You can package the program with a number of coaching sessions to help your employees determine their lifestyle priorities and help them achieve these priorities. This service could be offered as part of an internal career transition transition, retirement planning, life balance, stress management or EAP program.

In Workshops or Lunch and Learn Sessions

The ELP can also be offered as part of a full scale retirement planning or general life balance workshop, or in lunch and learn sessions. PowerPoint presentations with detailed notes have been developed to help you lead these sessions. The ELP would also be an excellent addition to you in-house wellness and a stress management program.

Co-Branding

If you already have a web-site, we can provide you the html files and mastheads about the ELP and the Services you can offer. You can customize this information and have your web master post it on your web site. You can also include two links on your web site. One will be the Questionnaire link which you and your clients can use to complete the ELP Questionnaires from your web site.

The second link will allow you to access your Account and the ELP Certified Restricted web site. With Co-branding, your logo can appear on the Questionnaire page on the Internet as well as on the ELP Reports themselves. You can also be provided with a set of ELP handouts with your logo on them which you can then use with your employees.

There is a one-time fee of US $350 or CA $500 to set-up Co-Branding.
